N2M company is given you some general information on hydraulic jacks:
The industrial hydraulics is a technology of the most interesting. Its qualities are necessary everywhere where it is a question of exploiting strengths with economy - to lift or to lower weight in a uniform way, to realize rectilinear or rotary movements, to reach important accelerations, to respect predefined speeds, to reach positions with exactness, to pass on efforts, to bind sequences.
* Maximal pressure: this range of jacks normalized for a maximal dynamic pressure of 160 bars for all the fixations can, in certain cases of applications, be used in superior pressures. The authorization can be granted only after study of your precise description. In case of differential use, or braking on the return, be careful on the reproduction of the pressure : the driving pressure does not have to create a pressure superior to 240 bars inside the jack.
* Pressure Minimal : according to the conditions of application a minimal pressure is necessary to assure the smooth running of the jack. Without weight a pressure superior to 10 bars is recommended, for pressures subordinates or in case of use of jacks with double stalk CG, please feel free to contact us.
- Stalk : the standard material of the stalk is steel high-strength, tempered and chrome-plated hard, what gives a big resistance against the mechanical shocks, assures a protection against the oxidation and assures an optimal life expectancy. The extremity of thread stalk is chanfreined, what protects the threading in case of shocks during manipulations or transport.
- Double stalk: this type of construction pulls frictions sharply higher than those of the type CD with simple stalk.
Normally the diameters of 2 stalks are identical. In the case of use stalk basic salary / body of the mobile jack, be careful on the strengths radial roads on dûes guides in the pure weight of the jack.
- Waterproofness: we propose normally three types of joints: "M" (standard), "T"  (low friction) and "V" (high temperature).
- Guide of stalk: in material cast iron graphite sphéroïdale 50 according to DIN on 1693, typifies screwed monoblock, from 40 mm diameter; diameters lower than 40 mm are equipped with guides with gorges opened to facilitate the assembly. We recommend in case of change to replace the guide equipped for reasons of ease and speed.
- Piston : of type monoblock with integrated, screwed amortization, stuck and blocked mechanically on the stalk by one lived pointeau which gives an additional mechanical safety.

Spacers and supports of bootstraps are possible on inquiry.

- Standard openings: the jacks of the range CDT3 / CGT3 are delivered with tapping gas oversized according to ISO 8138, as well as with metric tapping ISO according to DIN / ISO 6149. The jacks of the range CST3 are delivered with tapping gas according to ISO 8138 or with Base. Lamages answers ISO 1179/1.
- Thorough coat : jacks receive a paint of primer (nuance blue gentian RAL 5010) from a maximal thickness of 80 ym normally. Other nuances on inquiry.
- Life expectancy : jack REXROTH answers the recommendations of reliability relative to the industrial applications, namely 10 000 000 return cycles in continuous beating or 3000 km of running in 70 % of the pressure of maximal use without empty weight, a maximal speed of 0,5 m/s, with in most 5 % of failing jacks.
- Purge: normally jacks are delivered with patented purges, protected against the unscrewing, on head and bottom of jack (for diameters of piston superior to 32 mm), respecting the dimensions according to ISO 6020/2. The connecting allows the assembly of a grip of pressure with lid of no return to measure the pressure and purge without environmental pollution.

    * The study of groundwater is a long-term continuous pumping which allows to verify if the groundwater is able of supplying durably the debit of exploitation defined during the study of well.

It is from these two studies that will be defined the debit of the pump which will equip the work, its position and the regime of exploitation ; this to protect at the same time the resource, the drilling and the pump.
